摘  要:本试验研究水分胁迫及不同肥料处理对山下红温州蜜柑,纽荷尔脐橙酶的活性及光合作用的影响,结果表明在同一水分胁迫下空白肥处理的柑橘所受的影响最大。复合肥次之,配方肥所受的影响最小。相同肥料处理下,山下红温州蜜柑和纽荷尔脐橙叶片中过氧化物歧化酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、叶绿素总含量、光合生理指标均随着水分胁迫的加深而降低;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随着水分胁迫的增加先上升,然后下降。

Studies on Enzyme and Photosynthesis with Different Fertilizer and Water Stress
Abstract: The effect of water stress and different fertilizers on Enzyme and Photosynthesis of citrus was studied by using Satsuma mandarin、Newhall navel orange as materials. The results showed that the CK was affected the most. Formula fertilizer was affected the least while the compound fertilize was between the CK and the formula. And they were all under the same water stress. The activity of POD and CAT decreased by water stress, the content of Chl. and the velocity of Pn also decreased by water stress, but activity of SOD increased under light water stress, and then decreased under serious water stress.
