HPLC法测定净石灵胶囊中芍药苷的含量(毕业论文8520字) 摘 要:建立采用高效液相色谱测定净石灵胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。采用色谱柱为Agilent Eclipe DB C18柱（150mm x4.6mm,5μm），以乙腈-水（13:87）为流动相，流速为1ml/min，检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。芍药苷进样量在在0.04～0.36μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9995)，方法的平均回收率为97.30%，RSD为1.26%。高效液相色谱法简便、准确，重现性好，可作为净石灵胶囊的含量测定方法。

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Jingshiling Capsules by HPLC
Abstract： HPLC method was established for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Jingshiling capsule. A Agilent Eclipe DB C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was choosed with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and water (13∶87), and the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 230 nm.The column temperature was 30℃. The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0.04～0.36μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9995.The average recovery was 97.3% and RSD was 1.26% . HPLC is simple, accurate and reproducible method, It could used for quality control of Jingshiling capsule.
