摘 要：采用半静态试验法在室内测定了1.5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂、78%三唑磷原药、97%毒死蜱原药、47%乙烟莠油悬浮剂、2.2%氟铃甲胺阿维乳油、3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐WP 、97.4%噻嗪酮原药、95.81%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐原药、97.3%吡虫啉原药共九种农药进行了对斑马鱼的急性毒性，并进行了安全性评价。实验结果表明，其对斑马鱼的LC50（96h）分别为0.17162 mg/L、5.04110 mg/L、0.72689 mg/L、0.9500 mg/L、0.01168 mg/L、0.31843 mg/L、限度、0.46787 mg/L、限度、14.64933mg/L。其中2.2%氟铃甲胺阿维乳油对斑马鱼为剧毒，1.5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂、3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐WP、95.81%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐原药、97%毒死蜱原药、47%乙烟莠油悬浮剂对斑马鱼为高毒，78%三唑磷原药对斑马鱼为中毒，21%苏云毒死蜱WP、97.4%噻嗪酮原药、97.3%吡虫啉原药对斑马鱼为低毒。

Toxicity and safty Evaluation of a Certain Number of Pesticides to Brachydonio rerio
Abstract: The acute toxicity of nine pesticides to Zebra fish was evaluated in laboratory using
semi-static method, safty evaluation was made for these pesticides according to the compartmental
standard. The results indicate that the LC50  (96h) of these pesticides for Zebra fish are as follows:
0.17162mg/L; 5.04110mg/L; 0.72689mg/L;0.9500mg/L; 0.01168mg/L; 0.31843mg/L ; 100mg/L;0.46787 mg/L; 100mg/L. Hexaflumuaron- emamectin benzoate 2.2% EC belong special high toxicity grade, emamectin benzoate 1.5% EC, emamectin benzoate 3% WP, emamectin benzoate 95.81%, chlorpyrifos 97%, acetochlor-nicosulfuron-atrazine 47% SC belong high toxicity grade, triazophos 78% belong middle toxicity grade, chlorpyrifos 21%, imidacloprid 97.3%, buprofezin 97.4% belong low toxicity grade.
