斑点叉尾鮰肠套叠综合防治研究(6100字)
摘 要:从自然发病的斑点叉尾鮰肠套叠病鱼的肠、肝、肾内分离到3株致病性的菌株(F001,F002,F003)。经人工感染致病性试验证实 F001,F002为斑点叉尾鮰肠套叠的病原菌。药敏实验结果表明:F001,F002对氟苯尼考(FLO),磺胺甲噁唑(SMZ) ,磺胺异噁唑(SIZ) ,阿齐霉素(AZI) ,洛美沙星(LFM) ,复方新诺明,强力霉素(DC)高度敏感;对盐酸沙拉沙星、四环素、诺氟沙星中度敏感;对庆大霉素和丁胺卡那霉素低度敏感;对青霉素、链霉素、麦迪霉素等 具有耐药性。通过临床药物使用效果证实,复方新诺明、氟苯尼考是对病原菌很敏感的药物。

Isolation and identification of pathogens causing intussusception disease of Ictalurus punctatus
Abstract: Three strains of pathogenic(F001, F002, F003) isolated from the intestines, liver, kidney of the diseased Channel Catfish. F001, F002 was proved to be the pathogen of the disease by artificial infection. The results from sensitivity test showed that F001,F002 was highly sensitive to florfenicol, sulfamethoxazole, sulfisoxazol, azithromycin, lomefloxacin, sulfamethoxazole compound, doxycycline. It was moderately sensitive to sarafloxacin hydrochloric and tetracycline norfloxacin and low sensitive to gentamicin and amikacin. Meanwhile, the strain showed drug resistance to penicillin, streptomycin and midecamycin. The results of medical remedy verified that cotrimoxazole, florfenicol pathogens is a very sensitive drug.
