Abstract: Land leveling and the design of farmland hydraulic have been played an important role in the perfect of the system to the line network as well as in the supporting irrigation and drainage canal system.The result could  improve the farmland ecological environment and improve land quality to a certain extent, increase effective area of arable land; And could improve the construction of agricultural infrastructure in project area, ensure the sustainable use of land resources to the project area and the stable development of agricultural production; optimize and adjusted the agricultural structure and use and allocate the land resources effectively.

项目的简介及地域概况
开发项目，项目区位于岳阳市湘阴县界头铺镇香山村。地跨东经112°54′46″—112°55′10″，北纬28°34′04″—28°34′20″。项目类型为土地开发，批复项目建设规模21.16ha，新增耕地18.40ha，新增耕地率为86.96%。
项目建设内容包括土地平整工程、灌溉与排水工程、田间路桥工程三大工程。
