摘 要
本毕业设计题目是盐城大丰某研究院实验楼设计方案二,结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架结构,结构层数为四层,建筑总高度为14.8m,建筑面积为4421.76平方米。
本计算书内容主要包括构件尺寸的初步确定、框架的计算简图、荷载计算、框架在水平及竖向荷载作用下的内力分析、内力组合、梁柱截面设计、板设计、楼梯设计及基础设计。根据设计要求,设防烈度为7度,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类,地面粗糙度B类,设计中要考虑抗震设计。地震作用采用底部剪力法确定,水平荷载作用下的内力采用D值法计算,竖向荷载作用下的内力采用迭代法计算。内力组合考虑无地震作用效应组合和有地震作用效应组合两种情况。由于此框架属于三级框架,所以没有进行节点抗震设计,但是在梁柱截面设计时采用了“强柱弱梁”的设计原则。框架受力筋主要采用Ⅱ级钢筋,箍筋主要采用Ⅰ级钢筋,楼梯采用钢筋混凝土板式楼梯,基础采用钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础。整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求,具有一定的合理性。
通过对试验楼建筑和结构的设计,熟悉了设计的全过程,掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法,顺利地完成了毕业设计任务。同时,对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解,从而提高了分析和解决实际问题的能力。

Abstract
The theme of this graduation design is a laboratory building in a research institute of YanchengDafeng city, the structure system is a four stories reinforced concrete framework, structure rand order is four layers. Structure total height is 14.8 meter and surface area is 4421.76 square meters.
This design includes component size determined primarily, the calculation diagram of framework, the load calculation, Analysis of internal forces of frame under horizontal and vertical loads, The combination of internal forces, cross section of beam and column design, board design, stair design and foundation design. According to the design requirements, the earthquake intensity is 7 degrees, the construction site is the class Ⅱ, the surface roughness of B, so, it have to consider the design of seismic design. Horizontal earthquake load is calculated by equivalent base shear method, internal force is calculated underlying horizontal loads by D value method, internal force is calculated underlying vertical loads by iterative method. Earthquake is and not is considered in Combination of internal force. For this frame belonging to third class frame, not counting intersection of beams and columns, but this design obeys the design philosophy of “strong column and weak beam”. Staircase is plate-type. The foundation is pile. The design meet the requirements of design and construction, it has certain rationality.
Through the design of building for training, and drawing floor plan, constructed profile and constructional drawing, I am familiar with the principle design of construction, and controlled the basic methods of computation of the construction design, and my work is creative at the same time. I have a deeper understanding of the first several years’ profession learning and the foundation knowledge. As a result, my ability that analyzing and solve the actual problems is increased.

1、工程概况
本工程为实际应用课题,地点在盐城市大丰县,为某研究院实验楼,三跨四层,三层设办公室若干个,四层设置约110 m2大会议室1个,约70 m2小会议室2个,其余为实验室、环咨室、资料室等。要求采用钢筋混凝土多层框架结构。在正常情况下,本工程的合理设计使用年限为50年,建筑结构的安全等级为二级。工程的标准层柱网布置和剖面见附图。

1、本工程场地较平坦,废弃建筑已拆除,场地平整后室外绝对标高10.8m。
