摘要
本设计主要分两部分,一是建筑方案的设计,根据功能要求制定建筑方案,选择合理的柱网尺寸和结构形式,进而选择合理的工程做法:二是结构方案的设计,主要进行了一榀框架的抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后,先进行了恒荷载、活荷载、重力荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出结构自震周期,进而安底部剪力法计算水平地震作用,并计算风荷载的大小,进而求出在水平荷载(地震荷载、风荷载)作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力,并找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合,选取控制内力计算验算型钢强度并绘图。此外还进行了地基基础和楼梯设计,完成了基础、楼梯内力和选型计算及施工土绘制。通过本次毕业设计,我对框架结构的设计过程有了更深刻的了解。

Architectural and Structure Design of Tax Bureau of Country Building in LuBei District of Tangshan city

The design is made up of two parts, architectural design and design. In architectural design. The main purpose is to choose architectural style. The main purpose of the structure design is to do the anti-seismic design in the longitudinal frames when the directions of the frames is determined, firstly the weight of each floor is calculated. Then the vibrate cycle is calculated by utilizing the peak-displace- ment method, then making the amount of the horizontal seismic force can be got by way of the bottom-shear force method. The seismic force can be assigned according to the shearing stiffness of the frames of the different axis. Then the internal force (bending moment, shearing force and axial force and axial force) in the structural under the horizontal loads can be easily calculated. After the determination of the internal force under the dead and live loads, the combination of internal force can be made by using the Excel software, whose purpose is to find one or several sets of the most adverse internal force of the wall limbs and the coterminous girders, which will be the basis lf protracting the reinforcing drawings of the components. The design of the foundation is also be approached by calculating the internal force and reinforcing foundation whose shop drawings are completed in the end.I understand the entire process of the frame structure design even more after this graducation project.

1.3工程概况:该工程建筑面积为,结构形式为框架结构,共五层,首层层高3.9M,其它层层高3.6 m.。室内外高差0.45 m.。设计使用年限50年。
1.4气象条件:风荷载基本风压:W0=0.40kn/m2.。地面粗糙度:C类;雪荷载:基本雪压0.35 kn/m2.
1.5工程地质条件
由唐山市基础工程公司提供地质勘察技术报告,场地土类型为中硬场地土,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类, 地下水位距地坪10米。见表1
