六层3800平米唐山市房地产综合办公楼设计(含cad建筑图8张,结构图8张,计算书21000字)
摘 要
本工程为唐山兴达房地产综合办公楼建筑设计,总建筑面积为3841.6m2。
本建筑设计分为两部分:建筑设计、结构设计。建筑设计采取积极措施来增强建筑物的外表强度和坚固性,给人以心理上的安全感。结构体系是钢筋混凝土框架结构,用砌块做填充墙。结构设计是使结构物得到足够的强度、刚度和韧性的过程。总的设计思路:在建筑结构的横向考虑水平地震作用,横向的水平地震作用应全部由该方向抗侧力结构承担。采用框架结构计算的近似法求解内力,即:求竖向荷载作用下的内力按无侧移框架用弯距二次分配法,求水平地震作用下的内力按三角形分布用D值法。最后利用钢筋混凝土的相关原理进行构件配筋计算及校核。本设计依据设计要求和原始资料,运用力学、钢筋混凝土、结构力学基本原理及土力学和对材料性质的深刻了解,遵守设计规则,保证建筑结构合理,所有材料的质量和强度合格,工艺良好。

Abstract
This is The Architectual and Structural Ddesign of a Office Building of the Popular Reaches Real Estate Company in Tang Shan City.Office building of the popular reaches Real estate company in Tang Shan city, and building area is 3841.6 square meters. This architecture design is divided into two parts: architecture design, structural design.Architecture design will adopt available measures to increase constructions’ surface intensity and firmness. It will also give people safe felling on psychological. Structural design is RC frame structure, and makes filling wall with building blocks. Structural design is a process of making construction structures get enough intensity, stiffness and toughness. The general design thinking: The one directions of main shaft in building structure consideration horizontal seismic role, the horizontal seismic role should fight side force structure completely by this direction to understake . With the approximation of frame structural calculation beg to take affact untie force .Beg to erect under load role force press without side move rigid frame use curved distance twice distribution law, beg horizontal earthquake to take affact under force press triangle distribution use D value method. The related principle that uses reinforced concrete finally carries out component to match tendon calulation and school nucleus. specific design content and design course will make detailed explanation in text. The design is based on the design requirements, original information, application of mechanics RC, basic principles of structural mechanic, soil mechanics and well knowing material quality, obeying rules of design, ensuring the structures of architecture reasonable, and the quality and intensity of all materials are qualified, and the techniques are the same.

唐山市兴达房地产公司综合办公楼(一字型)。
2.1.2建设地点
唐山市长宁道北侧唐人佳苑。
2.1.3设计资料
地质水文资料:场地地势平坦,地形简单,无液化层,标准冻深0.8米,12米内未见地下水,场地分类为Ⅱ类。
场地分类如下:
(1)、粉土,中密状,粘粒含量12%,厚度3-4米,重度18 KN/m3,地基承载力特征值为fak=180 KN/m2;
(2)、细纱,密实状,厚度6-7米,重度1918 KN/m3,地基承载力特征值fak=240 KN/m2,地下水位距天然地面以下5米左右无侵蚀作用。
气象资料:
雪载:基本雪压:S0=0.3Kpa,风载:基本风压:W0=0.35 Kpa ,冻深深度:60-80 cm。
抗震设防要求:
地震分组为第一组,框架抗震等级为二级,抗震设防类别为 ,设防烈度为8度。
底层室内主要地坪标高为±0.000,室内外高差为0.6米,每层3.6米,共6层。总建筑面积为3841.6 m2,每层640.3 m2。
