Design of Cold and Heat Sources and Air Conditioning System of a large supermarket of Nanjing City
Abstract
This design is0f cold and heat source and air conditioning system fora largesupermarket in Nanjing, It is intended to design a reasonable air conditioning system for the indoor staff to provide a comfortable working environment.
The unsteady harmonic response method is used to calculate the cooling load hour by hour and the thermal area index method is used to calculate the heating load. The air condition of cold and heat are compared by economic, we choice the water cooling-screw chiller and atmospheric pressure hot water boiler. The air condition is adopted by constant air volume system. The water system of the air conditioning system is adopted by the closed system of mechanical circulation and primary pump, constant flow, one control system.
The design content includes:Calculation of cooling and heating load of air condition; Comparison of cold and heat sourcesof air condition; Selection and calculation of air conditioning system; Selection and calculation of air-conditioning water system; Air distribution calculation; Selection of other equipment;Pipe insulation,corrosion prevention of pipes,Noise elimination,damping, etc.
