摘要
本设计为某13层住宅建筑建筑给排水设计,主要包括生活给水系统、消火栓系统、自动喷淋灭火系统、排水系统和屋面雨水排水系统五个系统。
给水系统采用竖向分区,负一层到二层为低区,由市政管网直接供水; 3层到8层为中区,9层到13层加阁楼层为高区,均采用变频加压供水。采用上行下给的供水方式,由变频无负压调速泵通过生活贮水池直接向中高区管网供水;生活给水管管材选用PP-R聚丙烯塑料管。
建筑室内排水采用污、废水合流制,室外排水采用雨、污分流制。室内污废水重力自流排入室外污水管,地下室污废水采用潜污泵提升至室外污水管,排水立管主要采用单立管螺旋系统,不增设通气立管;屋面雨水采用重力流雨水斗,外排引向室外雨水管网。雨水管采用塑料管。
根据规范,本建筑为住宅楼,属二类高层建筑,负一层地下储藏室为仓库危险I级。消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统不分区,消火栓管材采用无缝钢管、喷淋管材采用镀锌钢管。

Abstract
This design is a 13-storey residential building’s water supply and drainage design, mainly including domestic water supply system, hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system, drainage system and roof rainwater drainage system these five systems.
The water supply system is divided into vertical sections, with the negative first floor to the second floor being the low zone, which is directly supplied by the municipal pipe network. Floors 3 to 8 are in the middle zone, floors 9 to 13 and attic are in the high zone, all of which adopt frequency conversion pressurized water supply. The variable frequency non-negative pressure speed regulating pump directly supplies water to the pipe network in the middle and high area through the living storage tank. Domestic water pipes are made of pp-r polypropylene plastic pipes.
The indoor drainage adopts the combined system of sewage and waste water, while the outdoor drainage adopts the split system of rain and sewage. The indoor sewage is discharged into the outdoor sewage pipe by gravity .The basement sewage is lifted to the outdoor sewage pipe by submersible sewage pump. The roof rainwater USES the gravity flow rainwater bucket, the outside drain leads to the outdoor rainwater pipe network. Rain water pipes are made of plastic.
According to the specification, this building is a residential building, which is a second-class high-rise building, and the underground storeroom on the first floor is classified as warehouse risk I. Fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system no need to separate areas, fire hydrant pipe adopts seamless steel pipe, spray pipe adopts galvanized steel pipe.

某高层住宅楼建筑共13层加阁楼层,地下室一层,建筑总高度为41.9m,建筑为住宅楼。设计内容有建筑给水系统、排水系统、雨水系统、消防系统,污水处理系统。
市政管网可以提供供水水压为0.2Mpa。
