安庆某2500吨/天某肉类加工厂屠宰污水处理工程设计(含CAD图)(任务书,开题报告,论文说明书9000字,CAD图11张)
摘要
本毕业设计是一个2500吨/天的屠宰污水处理厂的设计,查阅有关文献及资料,尤其是与屠宰污水处理相关的资料 ,初步定下工艺为预处理+AAO+MBR+消毒。
考虑到屠宰废水的特点,即含有大量血污、猪毛、油脂油块、肉屑、内脏杂物、未消化的饲料和粪便等污染物、外观呈暗红色,有腥臭味,废水COD、 BOD、SS和氨氮浓度高、水质水量波动大。因此预处理工艺定为三级格栅过滤,即粗格栅、细格栅以及超细膜格栅。主体工艺为A方O工艺,经过曝气池之后的混合液就进入MBR膜池,之后再进行消毒处理后即可排放,出水水质能达到国家污水综合排放标准一级。MBR是一种深度处理工艺,泥水分离的效果非常好,前两周毕业实习参观城东污水处理厂的时候我们重点参观学习了MBR的运行状况,但是MBR膜过滤的系统是十分复杂的,膜的清洗(包括酸洗、碱洗)也很是繁琐。学生深知自己水平不够,设计经验不足,因此在设计中可能会存在一些缺陷,望老师能够批评指正。

ABSTRACT
This graduation project is the design of a 2500 ton / day slaughtering sewage treatment plant. The relevant literature and data, especially the data related to slaughtering sewage treatment, are consulted, and the preliminary process is pre-treatment AAO MBR disinfection.
Considering the characteristics of slaughterhouse wastewater, that is, it contains a large amount of blood pollution, pig hair, oil nuggets, meat crumbs, visceral sundries, undigested feed and faeces, etc., the appearance is dark red, smelly, and the wastewater has high concentrations of COD, BOD,SS and ammonia nitrogen, The quality and quantity of water fluctuate greatly. Therefore, the pretreatment process is determined as three-stage grille filtration, that is, coarse grille, fine grille and ultra-fine film grille. The main process is A Party O process. The mixture after aeration tank enters the MBR membrane tank, and then it can be discharged after disinfection treatment. MBR is a kind of advanced treatment process. 1.1 基本资料
安庆某肉类加工厂集生猪屠宰、冷冻、肉类加工于一体,日宰生猪能力近7000头。该厂排出的废水中主要含有大量血污、猪毛、油脂油块、肉屑、内脏杂物、未消化的饲料和粪便等污染物、外观呈暗红色,有腥臭味,废水COD、 BOD、SS和氨氮浓度高、水质水量波动大[1]。
该厂废水主要由待宰生猪猪圈的冲洗废水、屠宰车间屠宰废水、肉类加工车间生产废水、运猪车清洗站洗车废水和厂区生活污水等五部分组成。该厂诽出的综合废水的水质见表。目前排水量约为2200水量立方米/天,甲方要求新建污水厂处
理规模按2500立方米/天设计[2]。
排放出水要求达到GB 8978-2002 污水综合排放标准一级。
1.2原水水量及水质分析
1.2.1 原水水量计算
污水量Qd = 2500t/d = 2500m3/d = 104.167m3/h = 0.0289m3/s = 28.9L/s;
由于屠宰污水属工业污水,取变化系数KZ=3.5;
则最大时流量Qmax = KZ×Qd = 3.5×28.9 = 101.15L/s = 0.1m3/s.
