摘    要
本工程为南京市某生态城小区地上18层,地下1层,建筑给水、排水、雨水、消防系统设计。
生活给水系统分成两个区, 地上1层~3 层为低区,由市政管网直接供水;4 至 18 层为高区,高区采用地下水池-变频泵的供水方式
采用污、废合流制排水,建筑内卫生间的排水立管汇集化粪池后排入城市污水管网。屋面雨水采用单斗普通外排水系统(重力无压流系统)。
消防给水系统:该住宅为二类建筑,属中危一级,室内消防贮水池储备1 小时自动喷淋灭火系统用水量和2 小时消防栓给水用水量.屋顶消防水箱提供火灾前 10分钟消防用水。消防系统和自喷系统竖向不分区,消火栓立管在地下室和顶层成环,自喷系统在报警阀与水泵之间成环。消火栓系统的减压措施为使用减压稳压消火栓,自喷的减压措施采用减压孔板。

Water supply and drainage system design of Nanjing city people's court
Abstract
The graduation design is about the design of systems of water supply, water drainage and fire control for Nanjing city people's court.
The water supply system of this building is divided into two districts. The 1st floor to the  3th  floor for the first district; The 4th floor to the 19th floor for the second district .The water supply of the second district is satisfied by using pump supply system, valve is need to lower water pressure in the lower part of the second district.
The pollution, waste confluence of drainage, buildings of toilet drainage stand pipe back into the city collection septic tank sewage pipe network. And Roof rainwater by a single fight the ordinary drainage system (gravity without pressure flow system). Rainwater drainage design calculation include the choice of decorate a rain, decorate and  took over, the stand pipe, tube and being buried as pipe diameter.
Fire-sprinkling system and fire hydrant system: there is a fire water sink under the ground, which support water consumption of two hour’s work of fire hydrant system and one hour’s work of sprinkling system.  And the additional tank on the roof, which can meet the demand of water tackling  early fire for ten minutes. There are connections in the top and underground floor of the system to make water transportation sustainable even certain part is damaged.  The water pressure is maintained in different way, for the fire hydrant system, using vacuum regulator, and for water-sprinkling system, using decompression orifice.

1、工程概况
某生态城小区建筑住宅楼建筑18层,地下一层。建筑总高度为57.1m。主体为住宅楼。设计内容有建筑给水系统、排水系统、雨水系统、消防系统及污水处理系统。市政供水管网提供水压为0.25Mpa。其他详细资料见所提供图纸。根据该建筑物的平面与立面图纸,要求设计该建筑给排水工程。
室内要求设置给水系统、排水系统,雨水排水系统、消火栓系统和自动喷淋灭火系统。
