摘 要
随着社会网络技术的不断发展,与制造业不断的适应多变的市场状况,制造执行系统MES的应用逐步在制造业中推广,为响应“中国制造2025”的号召,我实习的企业开始导入MES。为能更好的了解MES在制造业中的作用,从MES产生的背景和需求状况对系统开始研究,分析系统的导入能帮助企业解决什么问题,并从中找到改善点,进一步完善MES在整个公司的运行结构中的作用。
从MES产生的历史背景介绍各个阶段MES的特点,对公司运行MES的需求进行分析,在运行一段时间后对初步上线的系统的功能模块进行效果验证,对未达到预期目标的模块进行调整建立更适应公司的系统。通过对公司运行的情况进行分析,MES上线对生产中的追溯查询是比较明显的,进一步是要将MES与公司的PLM和SAP系统更加集成在一起,消除中间的盲区。

Abstract
With the continuous development of social network technology, and the continuous adaptation of the manufacturing industry to changing market conditions, the application of manufacturing execution system MES is gradually being promoted in the manufacturing industry. In response to the “Made in China 2025” call, my internship companies have started to import MES. In order to better understand the role of MES in manufacturing, starting with the background and demand conditions generated by MES, the analysis system can help companies solve any problems and find improvement points to further improve MES throughout the company. The historical background generated from the MES introduces the characteristics of the MES in each stage, analyzes the requirements for the company to run the MES, validates the function modules of the system that are initially online after a period of time, and adjusts and builds the modules that do not meet the expected goals. Adapt to the company's system. Through the analysis of the company's operations, MES's on-line inquiry of production in retrospect is more obvious.
