电子政务网络安全分析与防范策略的研究(论文20000字)
摘要：处于新世纪的重要发展进步时期，尤其是科技水平等引领重要增长极的重要领域在世界各国所处的地位俞来重要。电子计算机的应用已经广泛根植于社会的各行业之中，重要的国家企事业单位无不大量使用电子政务系统，给使用组织带来了巨大的便捷与高效的工作条件。然而我国目前的电子政务系统的使用也出现了许多问题，影响着单位和国家的安全。目前的电子政务网络遭受网络攻击的严重威胁不断增多，另一方面由于技术落后，操作规程的不正当使用，系统内部数据每年都有大量被盗，这对国家的安全造成了严重的损伤和威胁。在这样的背景下，从电子政务信息安全防范的隐患，以及应对不安全因素的安全防范体系，正是本课题进行研究的目的和意义。本文针对电子政务系统中存在的问题展开研究，首先进行了研究背景和意义的论述,从不同领域解释电子政务的基本概况，从电子政务系统特点以及电子系统领域的应用模式等模块,理清本文所要研究的对象电子政务系统。根据电子政务网络系统的特点及相关理论和技术应用，论述出在电子政务中信息不安全隐患的体现。基于信息系统本身特点和从业人员使用基础,针对电子政务系统进行全方位的危险性分析。从电子政务网络系统的硬件基础、安全管理规程、以及我国法律法规建设水平等方面分别论述对象特点。
最终进入到本文的最终目的，从整体框架对电子政务应用模式的分析展开，针对电子政务和漏洞的风险，提出如何提高电子政务信息安全保障，并且规划出针对电子政务系统安全体系建设的几个重点方向。

Abstract: At present we are in a important development period of the new century, especially the level of technology leading the important field of an important growth pole of the countries in the world.
