内容摘要：
当今教育的属性被信息时代所冲破，地区的割据被遍及的互联网冲破，这对于早先的传统培训教育机构而言，已经落后，这就要求在调整发展战略时，务必分析考虑到现代教育的全新模式：时间的分离，空间的分离，师生的分离，教管的分离。信息化平台也将作为这一切的基础，通过借助网络规划技术及计算机网络原理，网络规划设计的任务是规划、设计、实施网络工程，为用户提供高速、可靠、经济、安全、方便的网络，满足用户的需要。
本文以迅达集团教育网络作为网络构建设计的研究对象。通过对整个网络拓扑结构的设计、IP地址的规划、各交换机和路由器的配置、各部门间VLAN的划分、网关冗余和以太通道的配置、NAT私网地址与公网地址的转换、网络安全和帧中继的配置等搭建了网络系统的硬件平台。在搭好的网络硬件平台基础上，通过对DNS、DHCP、VPN等服务的配置，以及域环境下对用户的控制管理，组策略的应用，网络打印机，软件发布，磁盘文件管理，安全策略的配置，WEB服务器、FTP服务器、MAIL服务器的配置等功能，实现了网络的整体规划和设计。
迅达教育网络的网络规模较大，需要采用分层设计原则。我们利用对无线网络规划与实施、云计算融合网络部署、移动互联网络组建与优化、网络空间安全部署和云计算网络服务环境搭建等方面实现了网络的规划设计。我们从交换、路由、无线、安全等方面综合分析，选用适合的网络设备实现集团网络的安全、通畅、快速访问。利用此基础搭设网络服务器实现了对网络服务的提供。

This has fallen behind the traditional training and education institutions of earlier times.
