摘 要
SAP作为管理软件龙头老大,是ERP思想的倡导者,SAP以其强大的功能、高度的集成性、灵活性使其在实际应用中发挥了比较显著的作用。它不仅在物料管理子系统内部集成,同时也在系统内所有的模块之间集成,使物料信息系统与管理信息系统得到充分集成,从而使企业各项经营业务的管理信息能及时准确地得到反馈,从而加强企业的
全局管理控制,实现经营一体化的管理理念。
SAP项目管理系统MM模块的实施目的是在于为企业提供物料管理的全面解决方案。实现物料管理软件的系统解决方案,为各类企业提供灵活、完善的管理解决方案;提高业务透明度,有利于提高工作效率;提高企业对市场的快速反应能力,全面提高企业竞争力。
物料管理主要包括企业组织结构、物料主数据、供应商主数据、采购管理、库存管理和发票校验几部分,通过各功能的整合,为企业提供一条方便、快捷之路。
其中物料需求计划(MRP)作为物料管理的源头,包括外部采购和内部生产两种方式,对于采购或者生产物料会进行收货入库,进行仓库管理和库存管理,采购物料要进行发票校验,物料发货用于生产或其他用途时,要进行发货动作和转储记账,最终与财务模块和销售模块结合,实现人性化的管理,达到企业管理人员方便使用与提高企业管理人员满意度的目的。

Abstract
SAP is regarded as the leading enterprise of management software, it is an advocate of ERP thought, and SAP makes it play a more prominent role in practical application with its strong function, high integrating, and flexibility. It not only integrates in the subsystem of managing of the supplies but also integrate in the system between all module at the same time, make the supplies information system and the management information system fully integrated, thus make the management information of every management business of enterprise can be feed backed accurately in time, thus strengthen the overall management control of enterprises, realize managing the integrated management idea.
The implementation purpose of SAP project management system MM module lies in and offers the overall solution of management of the supplies for enterprise. Realize the systematic solution of the management software of the supplies, offer the flexible, complete management solution for all kinds of enterprises; improve the business transparency, help to improve working efficiency; Raise enterprises to the fast reaction ability of the market, improve enterprise's competitiveness in an all-round way.
The supplies are managed to include several parts of institutional framework, master data of the supplies, supplier's master data, procurement management, stock control and invoice check-up of enterprises mainly, through the integration of every function, offer a convenience, swift way for enterprise.
Supplies demand plan as supplies source of management among them, including outside purchase with the inside producing two ways, will accept the goods to put in storage in purchasing or producing the supplies, carry on storehouse management and stock control, purchasing the supplies will carry on the check-up of invoice, when the supplies deliver and is used for producing other uses, the movement that deliver and rotating to store and keep accounts, bind with financial module and selling module finally, realize humanized management, achieve the goal that it is convenient for the administrative staff of enterprises to use and improve enterprise's administrative staff's satisfaction.
