摘要：随随着粗放型经济增长的结束，银行的扩张阶段的规模已经结束，一个新的历史拐点已经来临。在此期间，银行的主要矛盾、性能需求以及金融和非金融服务之间不断升级的背后，体现出银行的客户组织能力。为了解决这个主要矛盾，有必要推动银行业改革的供给方，银行回归实体经济的本质，通过提高管理效率，提升管理水平和高效的金融供给，创造新的生产力的跃升，真正的金融的领先优势。

Abstract: With the end with the extensive economic growth, the expansion phase of the bank has ended, a new historical turning point has arrived.
