摘要：我国的证券交易市场至今已有十多年的历史。目前，在我国证券交易市场中进行的交易类型比较单一。随着我国经济开放步伐的加快，单一金融工具已经无法满足经济发展的客观需要，证券交易市场需要进行金融工具的创新，并以此促进自身的发展。本文就我国证券市场金融工具进行创新研究，对我国证券交易市场金融工具的创新条件提出了意见与建议。
