摘要：
近年来,随着经济和金融体制改革的深入,我国的证券市场在逐步开拓中得到发展,突破了长期以来实行单一的银行信用体制,向金融资产多元化方向发展,对经济发展起积极作用。但目前我国证券市场机制仍不完善,在摸索前进仍需要借鉴一些国外的先进的管理办法。因此，本文系统地考察日本证券市场的发展特点、变化因数分析及发展过程, 通过对日本证券市场发展特点及变化因素分析，提出中国证券市场现状中存在的问题并进行分析，得到对我国培育完善的证券市场,进一步深化经济体制改革等多方面的启示。

The Japanese stock market
Abstract:
In recent years, with the economic and financial system reform, China's stock market to get in and gradually open up the development and implementation of a single breakthrough in the long-banking credit institutions, financial assets to diversify the direction of development, a positive effect on economic development. But the mechanism of China's securities market is still not perfect, still need to learn to find their way in some foreign advanced management approach. Therefore, this paper systematically investigated the characteristics of the Japanese stock market developments, changes in factor analysis and development process, through the development of the Japanese stock market characteristics and changes in factor analysis, the status of the problems in China's stock market and analysis, cultivate and perfect for our the stock market, further deepening economic reform and other aspects of the Enlightenment.
