摘  要
本文通过系统分析广西壮族自治区农业保险发展的历史和现状，发现制约广西壮族自治区农业保险发展的深层次原因，完善农业保险发展的政府支持机制和市场运行机制，即加大保险宣传，增加政府补贴，加强风险管理，创新农保模式，增设险种类别、提升保障能力，坚持市场运作，贴心搞好服务，扶持新型主体、农业规模经营。实现政府、保险公司和农户三者之间的良好互动，促进广西地区农业保险持续健康发展，在农业生产和农村经济发展中发挥更大的作用。

Investigation and Analysis of Existing Problems and Solutions in Guangxi Agricultural Insurance Development
Abstract : This paper systematically analyzes the history and status quo of agricultural insurance development in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and finds that the deep-seated reasons that restrict the development of agricultural insurance in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, improves the government support mechanism and market operation mechanism for the development of agricultural insurance, such as increasing insurance publicity and increasing government subsidies,strengthen risk management and innovating the agricultural insurance model,increasing the types of insurance and enhancing the protection capabilities,insisting on market operations and doing a good job of service,supporting new-type main bodies and agricultural scale operations and realizes government, insurance companies and farmers.The good interaction between the three parties will promote the sustained and healthy development of agricultural insurance in Guangxi, and play a greater role in agricultural production and rural economic development.
