房地产业在经济发展处于率先性发展地位，对经济发展具有高度的敏感性和超前性，房地产业的发展对其它产业及整个国民经济发展具有非常积极的促进作用和带动作用。房地产投资企业应注重风险控制与防范，加强企业内部管理及企业综合实力，防患于未然。在未来的风险管理中，如何采用更具全局观的更具全面的分析方法和手段对房地产开发项目风险进行研究，以及在分析风险的相对程度的同时对风险造成的各种损失进行预测有待进一步探讨。

Abstract
Take the lead in economic development in the real estate development status of the economic development of highly sensitive and advanced, real estate development and other industries throughout the national economy has a very positive role in promoting and leading role.
