高尔夫运动是伴随着我国经济的发展而兴起的的一种比较高档和小众化的体育活动，目前在我国沿海城市和经济较发达城市获得了一定的发展。高尔夫球场的建设是一项比较大的资金投入项目，不仅需要适宜的环境气候还必备一定的资金实力。昆明作为春城，是我国著名的旅游城市，在自然环境方面具有明显的建造优势，本文以财务管理、投资学等学科为理论依据，结合投资数据分析理论联系实际，对建设高尔夫球场可能带来的经济效益做宏观分析，通过结合昆明的具体情况，分析了高尔夫球场投资的价值，并指出高尔夫球场投资会为昆明市的社会经济发展和环境发展带来好处，同时可以带动房地产的发展，促进就业，增加旅游资源等，最后对高尔夫球场投资需要注意的问题提出了建设性的意见，希望通过研究论证为昆明的经济发展做出贡献。

Abstract
