中原银行个人理财业务存在的问题及对策(论文9000字,文献综述)
摘 要
随着社会经济的发展和国民收入水平的提高,我国的金融环境正在发生改变,一方面居民的投资需求日益增加;另一方面,利率市场化改革促使商业银行存贷利差空间变小,传统业务发展受到了极大的冲击,中间业务的比重与盈利能力变得越来越重要,发展个人理财业务可以有效拓展商业银行市场空间和利润增长点。但是,商业银行个人理财业务在发展的过程中仍然一些问题。
因此,本文以中原银行个人理财业务发展情况为研究对象,对其发展现状、存在问题以及对策进行分析。研究从业务规模、业务种类着手,对商业银行金融理财业务发展现状进行分析;研究发现中原银行个人理财业务存在产品创新不足、产品风险提示不足、客户服务水平低、缺少专业理财产品经理等问题。为此本文提出加强产品创新、打造高素质人才队伍、做好风险提示、提高客户服务水平四点建议,以促进我国商业银行个人理财业务水平的提升。

Problems and Countermeasures in Personal Financial Management of Zhongyuan Bank
ABSTRACT
With the development of social economy and the improvement of the national income level, China's financial environment is changing. On the one hand, the investment demand of residents is increasing. On the other hand, the reform of the interest rate marketization has promoted a smaller space for commercial bank deposit and loan spreads. Business development has been greatly impacted. The proportion of intermediary business and profitability has become more and more important. The development of personal financial services can effectively expand the market space and profit growth points of commercial banks. However, there are still some problems in the development of commercial banks' personal financial management business.
Therefore, this article takes the development of CCB's personal wealth management business as the research object, and analyzes its development status, existing problems, and countermeasures. The research starts with the business scale and business type, and analyzes the current status of commercial banks' financial wealth management business development. The study found that CCB's personal wealth management business has insufficient product innovation, insufficient product risk prompts, low customer service levels, and lack of professional wealth management product managers. For this reason, this article puts forward four suggestions to strengthen product innovation, build a high-quality talent team, do a good job of risk reminders, and improve customer service levels, in order to promote the improvement of the personal financial management level of China's commercial banks.
