摘  要：中小企业已占据我国国民经济的半壁江山，中小企业在技术创新、吸纳就业、体制转轨、扩大出口等方面发挥着越来越大的作用。但是我国中小企业在融资方面面临着很大的挑战，特别是融资策略的问题。我国中小企业融资策略的种类主要由外源融资和内源融资构成。这些融资策略存在着不少的问题，以至于影响着我国中小企业融资的正常运作。所以，融资策略研究是首当其冲的问题，完善我国中小企业融资策略可以缓解我国中小企业融资难的现状。

Study On Financing Strategy Of The Middle And Small Enterprises In China
Abstract：The middle and small enterprises become more and more important aspect of China economy,and they are making great effect to technical innovation,taking up employment,structural transform,enlarging export and so on.But the middle and small enterprises in China are faced with great challenge,especially,the problem of financing strategy.The types of financing strategy of the middle and small enterprises in China are composed chiefly of external financing and internal financing. These financing strategies has so many problems that affect the normal operation of the middle and small enterprises financing in China.Therefore, the study on financing strategy is the first problem,perfecting the financing strategy of the middle and small enterprises in China can relief the current situation that is the difficulties of financing .
