摘  要：“农业发展，农村进步和农民增收”是我国现阶段全面建设小康社会进程中必须解决好的重大问题，而农民增收又是“三农”问题的核心。本文以湘潭县为研究范围，首先分析了湘潭县主要金融机构的支农现状。其次，根据湘潭县国民经济和社会发展统计公报2001—2011年的数据，以人均纯收入和人均信贷量为变量建立回归模型，对湘潭县金融支持农民增收进行了实证分析。结果显示：金融支持对湘潭县农民收入的增长有显著的正向影响。最后，在实证分析的基础上，从湘潭县的实际情况出发提出了对我国当前金融体系的问题与建议。

Empirical Study on Relationship between Financial Support and Farmers’ Income in Xiangtan County
Abstract: In China, "Agricultural development, rural development and farmers’ income" is an important issue in the process of building a well-off society, and the farmer is the key factor of “Issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area”. This thesis takes Xiangtan County as the object of the study, analyzing the current situation of major financial institutions in Xiangtan County. Then, according to the data published on the Xiangtan County statistical bulletin from 2001 to 2011, I analyzed the relevance between financial support and the increasing income by using the per capita net income and per capita amount of credit as two variables to build regression model. The results show that: the growth of farmers’ per capita quantity of credit has a positive effect on farmers' income. Finally, on the basis of the empirical analysis of Xiangtan County, I provide several suggestions to our country’s financial system.
