   摘  要：随着我国国民经济实力的不断发展,中国的人民币汇率制度不断发展，同时国际上的汇率战争也不断影响我国。外汇储备攀至全球第一，人民币兑美元逐渐加大，人民币在国家舞台崭露头角都揭示着汇率是我国走向国际舞台并在国际舞台越来越有影响力的关键。通过对人民币汇率制度的历史及现状进行分析，探讨人民币汇率变动对我国贸易收支的正面影响及负面效应，针对人民币升值的情况，提出了加快贸易结构调整，促进产业升级，发展和完善我国的金融市场等措施。

The RMB Exchange Rate Changes on Trade Balance of CHINA
   Abstract: China's RMB exchange rate system has developed continually with development of our national economy, and the conflict of exchange rate in the world has also influenced our country at the same time. Foreign exchange reserves climbing to first in the world, Gradual increase in the RMB against the U.S. dollar and RMB coming to the forefront in the national stage all reveal that exchange rate is the key for our country to go to the international stage and be increasingly influential in the international stage. Obtained by analyzing the history and current situation of RMB exchange rate system, exploring the positive impact and the negative effects of the RMB exchange rate changes on China's trade balances, in view of the appreciation of RMB, some policy recommendations are provided, such as speeding up trade restructures, promoting industrial upgrading, developing and improving our financial market and so on.
