摘 要：粮食是一种关系到一个国家经济发展、社会稳定和国家自立的特殊产品，然而2007-2008年，一场“沉默的海啸” ——世界粮食危机不期而遇。通过调查研究表明，此次世界粮食危机，不但成因复杂而且应和着美元危机、资源危机与次贷危机，对世界经济乃至国际秩序都产生了广泛而深远的影响。本文对这一问题分四部分进行了研究，首先对世界粮食危机进行了总体的回顾，文章第二部分在综合国内外许多专家、学者的研究分析的基础上，理论联系实际，从供给与需求、国际期货的投机、粮食市场的垄断以及农业政策的差别四个角度全面剖析了世界粮食危机的成因。第三部分主要介绍了此次粮食危机对全球的影响，主要分两个方面：第一，对世界粮食价格的影响；第二，此次世界粮食危机引发的一系列的危机，主要包括：社会危机，道德危机以及国际秩序危机。文章第四部分在此基础上探寻了世界粮食危机对中国的一些启示。

Abstract:The grain is one kind of relational economy development, social stability and the national security special product, but in 2007-2008, a "silent tsunami" - the world food crisis meet by chance. Through investigation and research shows that the world food crisis not only the reason was complex also the influence was extensive. With the dollar crisis, energy crisis and the subprime crisis ,The world food crisis have had a broad and far-reaching impact on the world economy and international order. In this article, this problem has been studied in four parts, first was the overall review on the world food crisis。The second part, according to the research and analysis of many experts at home and abroad, scholars, and on the basis of theory with practice, deeply studied the causes of the world food crisis from the supply and demand, the international futures speculation, the monopolization of the grain market and the different of the agricultural policy。The third part described the impact of the global food crisis, mainly in two aspects: first, the impact on world food prices; second, the world food crisis triggered by a series of crises, including community crisis, moral crisis and the crisis of international order。on this basis ,Article IV was to explore some enlightenment to China.
