摘 要:本次论文主要研究我国加工贸易产业结构的优化升级问题,从我国目前的产业结构开始分析,再根据已进行产业升级的并顺利过渡经济危机的成功企业进行解析,得出我国加工贸易产业结构调整的对策研究。本文主要分析我国加工贸易在经济危机下暴露出的:竞争力不强、无品牌优势、无最终定价权等问题,总结出我国加工贸易产业结构调整是以产业结构优化升级为重点。并提出我国加工贸易产业结构在以下四个方面的对策研究:一、“微笑曲线”研究;二、整个产业链的延伸;三、区域结构升级;四、产业集群等。

The Analysis and Advices to Structure Improvement of Chinese Processing Trade
Abstract: This article focuses on the issues of optimization and upgrading the structure of processing trade industry in our China. Firstly, according to the beginning on our analysis of the current industrial structure in China, it obtained the research and advices on the adjustment of the structure of processing trade industry in China. Next, it was obtained from those successful enterprises which have upgraded the industry and transited the economic crisis. The article mainly analyzed some problems exposed under the economic crisis of processing trade of China like: weak competitiveness, no brand, no final pricing, which has concluded the adjustment of the structure of processing trade industry in China centers on optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure. Also, it put forwards some fields on research and adjustment for the structure of processing trade industry in China: first, the research of “Smiling Curve”; second, the leap of the whole chain of industry; third, the upgrading of regional structure; forth, industrial clustering.
