人民币升值背景下江西纺织企业的出口经营策略(9600字)
摘 要
纺织品作为中国最大的出口产品之一,出口依存度高达51%,现在成本增加,人民币升值,就使得纺织出口企业的压力更大。
本文通过人民币升值对不同贸易方式,不同企业规模,不同纺织产业的影响。其影响主要来自:已履约未收汇方面的损失,已下定单方面的损失,对新签订单价格谈判中接受的汇率升值方面的损失,对吸引外资的影响。并在最后一部分从产品国际营销的理论,产品的价格策略,产品策略等方面提出企业的应对策略。这些策略有:严格控制成本支出,改变销售和结算手段,规避汇率风险,提高产品的质量,通过技改提高产品的竞争力,改进产品的特点等。

Abstract
The textile is one of the biggest exports products in China, and the exportation depends-on for existence has reached as high as 51%, the cost increasing and the RMB revaluation, cause bigger pressure to the textile export enterprise.
This article illustrates the influence of RMB revaluation on different trade way, different enterprise scale and different textile industry. The influence as follows: the loss of an agreement which has been honored not to receive collects, the loss of already under order form, the loss of the exchange rate revaluation which in the single price negotiations and the influences of attraction foreign capital. Then in the last part of the article, discuss the strategy from the International marketing strategy such as price strategy, product strategy. The concrete strategies as follows: strictly control the cost disbursement, change the method of sells and settles accounts,dodge the exchange rate risk, enhances the product quality, etc.
