茶叶光谱分析方法(论文11300字)
摘要: 中国是茶叶消费的大国,随着国家发展,经济富强,社会对茶叶的需求越来越大,然而市面上的茶叶品质良莠不齐,一些不法分子更是以次充好,掩人耳目,破坏了茶叶消费市场的和谐稳定。当前,茶叶的品质鉴别主要有人工方法和理化方法,用人工的方法鉴别茶叶的话不仅费时费力,结果往往还会带有一定的主观性,难以有一个统一的标准。用理化的方法鉴别的话,虽然能够准确的鉴别出茶叶的种类,但是由于实验的经济成本和时间成本过高同样不利于市场经济的繁荣。为了让维护市场的稳定必须要有一种能够快速的分类不同茶叶并鉴别茶叶质量的方法。本文通过采集茶水溶液的透射光谱,结合朗博-比尔定律得到了该种茶叶在紫外到可见光波段内的不同温度下的吸收特性曲线。发现了在紫外光谱波段该茶叶有着十分稳定的吸收特征,在可见光光谱波段茶叶的吸收特性随温度变化剧烈。最后提出建立一个以茶汤吸收特性曲线为基础的茶叶中主要单质所占含量的模型的设想,为茶叶品质的无损检测提供一种新的方法。

The method of spectral analysis of tea
Abstract: China is a big country of consumption of tea, with the development of our country, economic prosperity, social demand for tea is growing. However, on the market of tea quality varies greatly, some criminals is shoddy, to deceive the public, the destruction of the harmony and stability of tea consumption market. At present, tea quality identification mainly artificial method and physicochemical method, using artificial method for identification of tea is not only time consuming. As a result, often also with a certain degree of subjectivity, it is difficult to have a unified standard. Using physical and chemical methods to identify the words, although able to accurately identify the types of tea, but due to the economic cost of the experiment and the high cost of time is not conducive to the prosperity of the market economy. In order to maintain the stability of the market, it is necessary to have a rapid classification of different types of tea and to identify the quality of tea. The transmission spectra through acquisition of tea solution, combined with Rambo - Bill law got the kind of tea in the ultraviolet to under different temperature of visible light wave band absorption characteristics. It is found that the tea has a very stable absorption spectrum in the ultraviolet spectrum, and the absorption characteristics of the tea in the visible light spectrum change with the temperature. Finally, the establishment of a tea absorption characteristic curve as the main element in tea based accounts for the assumption of the content of the model, provide a new method for non-destructive testing of the quality of tea.
