摘要:本文设计了一种基于弯曲光纤的环形光纤干涉仪,这是一种能够测量折射率和温度的构造简单的新型干涉仪。该干涉仪将一个标准单模光纤弯曲成水滴形,光纤两端通过一个二氧化硅毛细管并排粘在一起,毛细管粘在玻璃基板上,以消除弯曲和应力的影响,它的透射干涉光谱呈现双透射峰。Dip对外界的折射率和温度变化敏感,对于温度,有很好的线性关系;但是随着环境折射率的增加,Dip呈现出很明显的非线性响应。其Dip1和Dip2对应温度灵敏度为0.0208 /°C和0.0229 /°C,对折射率的响应灵敏度为231.31 /RIU和 217.66 /RIU。该传感器结构简单坚固,制造成本低,具有很好的推广应用前景。

Design of temperature and Refractive Index Sensing system based on curved Fiber
Abstract:In this paper, a ring fiber interferometer based on curved fiber is designed, which is a new type of interferometer which can measure refractive index and temperature. The interferometer bends a standard single-mode fiber into a water drop shape, the ends of the fiber are bonded side by side through a silica capillary, and the capillary is glued to the glass substrate to eliminate the effects of bending and stress. Its transmission interference spectrum shows a double transmission peak. Dip is sensitive to the refractive index and temperature change of the outside world, and has a good linear relationship with the temperature. However, with the increase of refractive index of the environment, Dip shows obvious nonlinear response. The corresponding temperature sensitivity of Dip1 and Dip2 is 0.0208 /°C and 0.0229 /°C, response to refractive indexThe sensitivity should be 231.31 / RIU and 217.66 / RIU. The sensor has the advantages of simple construction and low manufacturing cost. It has a good prospect of popularization and application.
