心电信号去噪算法研究(任务书,开题报告,外文翻译,论文9000字)
摘要
心脑血管疾病是当今威胁人类健康的三大疾病之一,心电图作为检测和诊断心脑血管疾病的重要手段,在采集过程中会受到噪声的干扰,导致医生无法准确地诊断疾病。为了准确地诊断心脑血管疾病,查阅心电信号相关资料,了解到心电噪声主要包括基线漂移、工频干扰、肌电干扰等。采用MIT-BIH心电数据库中104号数据作为纯净的心电信号,叠加模拟的基线漂移和工频干扰。然后,对中值滤波、高通滤波、曲线拟合法去除基线漂移,平滑滤波、陷波法、levkov滤波去除工频干扰各种算法的原理进行了详细的研究,设计相应的函数,编写matlab代码进行去噪仿真。对比去噪前后的心电波形,可以直观的发现每种算法的优点和缺点,分析每种算法的优缺点,从而确定每种算法各自的应用方向。

Research on Denoising Algorithm of ECG signal
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease was one of the current threats to human health of the three major diseases, ECG detection and diagnosis of cardiovascular disease as important means, in the acquisition process will be affected by noise interference, leading doctors were unable to accurately diagnose the disease. In order to accurately diagnose cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the ECG signal was studied. It was found that the ECG noise mainly included baseline drift, power frequency interference, EMG interference and so on. The MIT-BIH ECG database was used as the pure ECG signal, and the baseline drift and power frequency interference of the ECG signal was simulated. Then the median filtering, high pass filtering, curve fitting legitimate baseline drift removal, smoothing filter, notch filter, filter levkov removal principle of power frequency interference of various algorithms are studied in detail, design corresponding function, matlab code denoising simulation. Compared to the ECG before and after denoising, we can directly find the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm, so as to determine the application direction of each algorithm.
