语言艺术在商务谈判中的应用(5600字)

摘    要

当今社会商务谈判已经成为人类社会经济生活中的重要内容之一,是企业间及企业与外部信息沟通,业务往来的重要手段。在当今中国企业之间的各种谈判方式中,面对面的语言交流谈判占据了很重要的地位。因此,如何灵活的运用语言来做恰当的提问和准确的回答问题,是坚定自身的立场的重要手段。本文分析在商务谈判中,提问和回答并不只是简单的商务活动,更是渗透着语言学的理论和艺术,笔者想试图将语言学的知识和实际商务谈判中的种种经验结合起来,根据自身的实践经验指出其中所在的不足之处,针对这些现象,提出一些看法和建议,希望可以更具理论性,科学性,实用性,以便能更好的适用于谈判者使用。

Abstract

Now the business negotiation has become an important part of human’s life. It is an important means of doing business which in between enterprises and external communication of information. In the various negotiations between the Chinese enterprises today, the face-to-face verbal communication negotiations occupy a very important position. Therefore, how to use language to ask appropriately and answer accurately, which is important for the firm’s own position. The paper analyzes in business negotiations, asking and answering is not only simple business activities, but also permeated with the theory and art of linguistics. I would like to try to combine linguistic and experience in the actual business negotiations, according to my own experience, I will point out the inadequacies. To solve such problems, make some comments and suggestions, I hope can be more theoretical, scientific, practical, in order to better apply to the negotiatiors.
