摘    要
出镜记者是一个栏目、一个电视媒体的门面。因此，作为离新闻现场最近的出镜记者，越来越多的受到人们的关注。出镜记者不仅仅是在人们心目中留下“脸熟”的印象，更重要的是出镜记者要体现出“我在现场”的责任，这就对出镜记者有了更多的要求。无论是心理素养的培养还是新闻素养的培养都不能忽略，要做到全方位、多角度的挖掘，全面的提高自身的职业素养。这样才能够成为一名称职的出镜记者。

Abstract
A reporter is a facade of a column or a television media. Therefor, as a reporter who is the nearest from the scene is paid more and more attention. A reporter not only leaves an impression of familiar face＂in people＂mind, but more important is that he should show the responsibility that I am on the spot. So this needs more requirements to the reporters.Regardless of psychological quality training or news literacy training, a reporter can not ignore some points: the excavation should be all-directional and multi angles, the occupation quality should be improve comprehensively. So a reporter can be qualified.
