中年人健身运动安全隐患与监督(附调查问卷)(论文7000字)
摘 要
体育运动能增强心肺功能,改善血液循环系统,呼吸系统,消化系统的功能状况。还能提高抗病能力,增强机体的适应力。中年人进行长期、规律的体育运动不仅可以防病抗病治病,还能减轻压力,愉悦身心,改善焦虑、四肢乏力、头晕头疼的亚健康状态。看起来百利而无一害的运动,实际操作起来还是会存在不少风险,特别是中年人这个特殊的群体。只有充分认识中年人的特殊性,找出中年人运动中的风险,并且提出合理的建议,才能降低运动风险,更安全地进行运动。本文以中年人运动安全隐患为研究对象,采用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法对中年人运动中易出现的风险进行了调查,分析了造成安全隐患的原因,如个人健康状况、有关运动项目、时间、地点、频率等与运动中安全隐患的联系,并且提出合理的建议,能有效规避中年人运动中安全隐患,使中年人能在运动中受益。

Safety hidden danger and supervision of middle-aged people
Abstract
Sports can enhance the function of heart and lung, improve the function of blood circulation system, respiratory system and digestive system. It can also improve the ability to resist disease and enhance the adaptability of the body. Middle aged people's long-term and regular physical exercise can not only prevent disease, resist disease and cure, but also relieve pressure, pleasure body and mind, improve the sub-health state of anxiety, limb weakness, dizziness and headache. It seems that there is a lot of risks, especially the middle aged people, in the sport that seems to have no harm. Only by fully recognizing the particularity of middle-aged people, finding out the risk of middle age sports and putting forward reasonable suggestions can we reduce sports risk and exercise more safely. This paper takes middle aged people's sports risk as the research object. By using the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire, it makes an investigation and analysis of the risk that middle-aged people are prone to appear in sports, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions about sports events, time, place, frequency and so on.
