宾阳祥和工艺品有限公司项目投资研究

摘 要

工艺品是一个最崇尚个性化的行业，如果缺少个性差异，行业就难以生存。加入WTO以后，中国工艺品业面临了很大的机遇和挑战。工艺品加工产品出口增长迅速，我国已经成为世界最大的工艺品生产和出口国之一，同时也是全球最具竞争力的工艺品生产和出口贸易中心之一。为了企业本身以及行业的持续健康发展，工艺品加工和生产企业应该强化自身的创新能力，生产与众不同有个性化的产品。宾阳祥和工艺品有限公司是一家集设计、生产、出口于一体，拥有雄厚的技术力量和精湛的外商投资民营企业。由于技术力量雄厚，发展迅猛，随着西方发达国家自然消费观的兴起，以纯天然竹子、藤、草等编织的工艺品市场需求越来越大, 市场交易十分活跃，竹藤草编制品已成为宾阳县传统大宗出口商品,远销于欧、美、东南亚等二十多个国家和地区。

本文旨在通过以项目投资是否可行的角度对企业新建项目投资进行科学分析，判断企业新建项目投资是否可行，看其科学分析结果与企业实际决策结果是否一致，不一致说明企业做出了错误的决策，然后将其科学分析过程与企业投资决策过程进行对比分析，找出企业做出错误决策及此次项目投资所存在的问题并分析，进而提出完善宾阳祥和工艺品有限公司后续项目投资的对策与建议。

The Research on Project Investment of BINYANG XIANGHE Handicrafts Limited Company

Abstract

   Handicrafts industry is highly personality oriented ,without which is deemed to failure. Entering the WTO,China is faced with a lot of opportunities and challenges.With the rapid increase of handicrafts export volume ,our country has become one of the biggest handicrafts making and exporting countries, as well as one of the most competitive handicrafts making and trading center. In order to make the company and industry develop in a continual healthy way,Company should enhance his own creative capability ,producing goods with characteristic.BINGYANG XIANGHE handicrafts limited company is a foreign investment private owned enterprise with high technology, which operated ranging from designing,producing,to exporting. Because of the emergence of nature consumption value,the demand for handicrafts which is made of bamboo, rattan,and grass is rising, and the market exchange is going forward actively. As a traditional exporting products with high volume from BINGYANG county, the sales coverage of attan and grass woven products is very wide,reaching more than 20 countries and districts including Europe, America ,Southeast Asia.  

   In this paper, we will analyze the newly built project investment of the company in a scientific way from the prospective of its workability  , looking at that whether the result of analysis is consistent with the actual outcome of company strategy, then comparing the analysis process with the company strategy making process, finding out the reason of wrong investment strategy making, if it has. This paper aims at improving the investment strategy making of BINGYANG XIANGHE handicrafts limited company and giving out some suggestions.
