The Study of the Issues and Strategies About Information Disclosure of The Listed Enterprises 
摘 要：本文主要探讨了上市公司信息披露问题。本文将从财务信息披露及非财务信息披露两个角度研究上市公司在信息披露中存在的主要并对报表使用者理解产生重大影响的问题。然后再结合安然事件以及万福生科事件进行具体案例分析。然后还从广大普通投资者的角度出发，对投资者在做出投资决策过程中能够采取的合理判断、分析提出建议，以达到谨慎投资，合理规避不必要风险的目的。最后，文章还从内外控、普及教育等角度提出有助于完善企业信息披露可行对策。

Abstract: This article mainly discusses information disclosure problems of the listed enterprises. To analyze the significant issues of information disclosure among the listed enterprises, this essay will have research on enterprises’ financial and nonfinancial information disclosure issues. Then, there would be two case studies in relation to fully prove the problems. Then, from the perspective of investors, the article would provide some suggestions which may help them avoid unnecessary risks during making decisions. Finally, strategies would be given for perfecting enterprises’ information disclosure system.
