    企业的发展与规划离不开会计信息系统。企业要想发展壮大，就必须有效地利用会计信息，将会计信息应用到管理决策中。在全面的管理实践中，会计决策是一个复杂的过程，必须以现代科学的方法和科学的手段来分析会计信息，使企业决策更好地为企业服务。随着信息时代和现代企业制度的不断发展，企业越来越离不开会计信息。会计信息作为会计重要的组成部分，人们对会计信息的研究和实践正在逐渐深入。这既是企业加强内部管理的需要，又是促进企业经营决策科学化的需要。本文详细地阐述了会计信息和经营决策的相关概念，并对会计信息和经营决策进行了研究，揭示了会计信息和经营决策两者之间的重要关系，并对企业如何提高会计信息质量、利用会计信息促进企业经营决策科学化提出了一些建议。

On the accounting information and business decision-making
ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of the information age and the modern enterprise system, companies are increasingly inseparable from the accounting information. Accounting information as an important part of accounting, people study and practice of accounting information is gradually deepened. This is the need to strengthen internal management of enterprises, but also the need to promote scientific enterprise management decision. This paper elaborates the concepts of accounting information and management decisions, and accounting information and business decisions were studied, revealing the important relationship between accounting information and business decisions between companies and how to improve the quality of accounting information, the use of accounting information for business decision-making more scientific some suggestions.
