企业固定资产管理存在的问题与对策(论文9500字)
摘要
对于企业生产力来说，固定资产的作用不言而喻，通过固定资产不仅可以看出企业的发展的实力问题，也可以看出企业生产力的问题。但是固定资产并不是固定的不能动的。从固定资产的作用上来说，一方面可以增加固定资产的价值量，保证固定资产的价值，另一方面可以保证企业的收益率。在企业的日常经营中，固定资产也占据着重要位置，在经营活动中，固定资产不仅作为物质基础存在，同时也作为重要物质而存在。虽然固定资产在企业中的地位越来越重要，但是目前我国不少企业的固定资产管理依旧存在很多问题，在实际的管理过程中阻碍因素还很多，本文从企业固定资产管理的相关理论，包括其目标和原则，然后以JZ公司为例指出企业固定资产管理存在的主要问题，最后结合实际情况提出针对性的解决对策，希望有助于企业固定资产得到有效的管理。

Abstract
For the productive forces of enterprises, the function of fixed assets is self-evident. Through fixed assets, we can see not only the strength of the development of enterprises, but also the problems of productive forces of enterprises. But fixed assets are not fixed immovable. From the function of fixed assets, on the one hand, it can increase the value of fixed assets, guarantee the value of fixed assets, on the other hand, it can guarantee the rate of return of enterprises. In the daily operation of enterprises, fixed assets also occupy an important position. In business activities, fixed assets exist not only as material basis, but also as important substances. Although the location of fixed assets in the enterprise It is more and more important, but there are still many problems in the fixed assets management of many enterprises in our country, there are still many hindrance factors in the actual management process, this article from the related theory of the enterprise fixed assets management, including its goal and principle, Then, taking JZ Company as an example, this paper points out the main problems existing in the management of fixed assets in enterprises, and finally puts forward some countermeasures in the light of the actual situation, in the hope that it will help the enterprises to manage their fixed assets effectively.
