Abstract：This graduation thesis is according to the characteristics of modern enterprise management and financial characteristics, In the analysis of corporate financial strategy, the basic model ,the specific content  and  Investigate the strategic management of enterprises when financial related position. It is also analysis the modern corporate finance theory, the relationship of financial strategy management correlation .Finally, point out how to make a Contract Perspective on sound financial strategy for the rational management recommendations.
