节能环保上市公司现金流量控制的研究

摘  要：现金是企业资本（财富）的一种资产表现，现金的循环运动是企业生存的基本前提和资本增值实现的关键环节。现金流量是企业经营的晴雨表，企业的生产计划、存货制度、赊销和回款制度等都会从根本上决定企业的财务状况，影响企业的现金流量。在企业的经营管理中，为防范企业财务风险，确保企业各项生产经营活动的顺利进行，加强现金流量控制势在必行。本文首先从分析企业现金流量、现金流量控制相关理论入手，对节能环保上市公司的现金流量状况进行分析，找出节能环保上市公司现金流量控制存在的问题，并对节能环保上市公司现金流量控制的目标进行定位，提出节能环保上市公司现金流量控制的方法及其具体措施，进而对现金流量控制的对策进行探析。

Study on Cash Flow’s Control for Listed Companyof The Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection
Abstract：Cash is a kind of capital or fortune of one enterprises. The circulation of cash is basic precondition of corporation’s exist and key chain for realization of capital increasing. Cash flow is barometer of enterprise’s  management. The financial status of corporation is fundamentally determined by some aspects like production plan, system of stock and system of credit and return payment, which also influence the cash flow. Under the enterprise management, in order to avoid financial risk and ensure the smoothness of all the production and operating activities, strengthening of the control over cash flows is inevitable and necessary. This paper, the author starts with the theories of cash flows and cash flows control. Then an analysis has been conducted over the situation of cash flows in energy-saving and environment-friendly listed companies, to find out problems that existed in its’ cash flow control, locate the target of cash flow control in these companies and put forward specific manners and measures. Thus people will be able to set up strategies for exploring in the control over cash flows.
