摘  要：本文利用2007-2009年湖南10家电力、燃气水的生产和供应业上市公司的财务数据，对湖南上市公司综合财务质量进行了横向和纵向的比较分析，从而归纳出湖南电力、燃气、水上市公司的财务质量特点。并尝试用资产质量、盈利质量、资本质量、现金质量四方面财务指标对其10家上市公司进行财务质量分析。
