制造企业存货管理研究(13700字)
摘  要：企业由于多种原因持有存货，致使存货在企业尤其是制造企业资产总额中往往占有较大比重，但是，企业持有存货也会产生大量成本。因此，存货管理成为企业财务管理的难题之一。
本文首先阐述了制造企业存货管理的重要意义，重点介绍了制造企业存货的作用，制造企业存货的特点以及制造企业存货管理的重要性。然后分析了制造企业存货管理的问题及原因。最后提出了改进制造企业存货管理的建议。主要从完善内部控制制度、建立科学高效的存货管理制度、正确选择适合本企业的存货管理模式、合理整合内外部物流资源、加强存货价值形态的管理、加强存货管理信息化系统的建设六个方面进行了讨论。

Inventory Management of Manufacturing Enterprises
Abstract：Enterprises have to hold inventory because of many reasons, and inventory is always a large proportion of total value of assets in enterprises, especially in manufacturing enterprises .But this leads to much cost in enterprises. So inventory management is one problem in financial management.
This thesis first represents the significance of inventory management of manufacturing enterprises. The thesis focuses on the function of inventory of manufacturing enterprises, the feature of inventory of manufacturing enterprises, the importance of inventory management of manufacturing enterprises. Then, the thesis analyzes the problems and reasons of inventory management of manufacturing enterprises. At last, some suggestions to improve the inventory management of manufacturing enterprises are put forward. There are six main suggestions: perfecting the internal control system of enterprises, establishing the effective inventory management system, selecting the suitable inventory management models, integrating the internal and external logistics resources, strengthening the management of value form of inventory, strengthening the ERP of inventory management.
