摘  要：目前，苏宁电器是中国电器3c家电连锁零售企业领先者，中国连锁百强之首。苏宁电器从小做大，成为中国连锁百强之首，与之资本运作有着密切的联系。苏宁电器采用类金融模式，上市融资，房地产辅助扩张等方式，为其资本运作提供了重要的保障。苏宁用来扩张资金以占用供货商为主，地产和上市融资并未像国美一样起到决定性作用。除此之外，苏宁独特的模式也对它的赢利起到了积极的作用。本文将对苏宁电器资本运作方式做出具体介绍，并详细分析其资本运作模式，且对资本动作模式的成功之处做出启示，对其不足的地方，提出思考。
