三一重工发展战略研究(17000字)
摘 要：近些年，我国经济的快速发展给工程机械行业带来了巨大的发展空间。但同时随着经济一体化以及中国加入WTO，面对更加复杂多变的企业内外部环境，企业要从中找到适宜的发展战略，才能在激烈的市场竞争中取得竞争优势，获得企业的长久发展。本论文将首先对企业的发展战略理论进行研究，以三一重工为研究对象，通过PEST分析法、波特五力分析法和SWOT分析法对企业的内外部环境进行分析。通过运用企业战略管理的相关方法对三一重工的发展战略进行的分析和选择，认为三一重工应当利用既有的品牌影响力和较强的生产、研发和营销能力，可采用纵向一体化战略和相关多元化发展战略，指导公司发展。为保障三一重工发展战略的成功实施，提出了三一重工应该更新经营理念，强化创新意识，加强产品的研发能力，培育核心竞争力；健全服务体系，完善人力资源管理等方面进行公司资源整合，以实现公司的可持续发展。

Study on Development Strategy of Sany Heavy Industry Lo., Ltd.
Abstract: In recent years, the rapid economic development of our country to construction machinery industry has brought a huge development space. But at the same time as economic integration and China's accession to the WTO, in the face of internal and external environment changing enterprise, enterprise to find suitable development strategy, to the fierce competition in the market gain a competitive advantage, get the long-term development of an enterprise. This paper will be first to enterprise's development strategic theory to study to trinity heavy industry as the research object, by PEST analysis, potter five competitive forces analysis and SWOT analysis method of internal and external environment of enterprise is analyzed. Through the application of enterprise strategy management related methods of the development strategy of the trinity heavy industry analysis and choice, think at trinity heavy industry should use the existing brand influence and strong production marketing ability, and by using the integration strategy and related diversification development strategy, and guide the development of the company. To safeguard the trinity heavy industry for the success of the development strategy, and puts forward the trinity heavy industry should renew business philosophy, and strengthen the innovation consciousness, strengthen product research and development ability, cultivate core competence; Perfect service system, perfect the human resources management of company resources integration, in order to realize the sustainable development of the company.
