摘  要：论文从创业网络形式和组织要素两方面分析了湖南农业大学大学生创业网络构建现状,进一步分析了湖南农业大学大学生创业网络构建面临的政策不完善、教育缺失、资金缺乏、实践平台不完善等问题及产生的原因，并提出了湖南农业大学大学生创业网络构建应完善创业政策、建立创业资金、健全创业教育与创业实践平台等措施。

The Study On The Construction Of Entrepreneurial Network Of Hunan Agricultural University
    Abstract: According to the form and constituent element of the entrepreneurial network, this paper analyzes the current situation of the entrepreneurial network construction of students at Hunan Agricultural University. And it further studies the problems and causes of the entrepreneurial network construction, such as the incomplete policy, the shortage of education and funds, the imperfect of practice platform. It also points out the measures of these problems, like the improvement of the entrepreneurial policy, the establishment of the entrepreneurial fund, the perfect entrepreneurship education and practice platform and so on.
