摘  要：资金管理是企业财务管理的核心内容。如何完善资金管理，提高资金使用效益是每个企业所面临的重要课题。在我国加入WTO之后，由于国外企业迅速挤入我国市场并飞速发展，我国企业面临的竞争与挑战日益严峻。如何提升我国企业的竞争力，就成了我国企业经营者们急待解决的核心问题。强化企业资金管理，彻底解决资金管理中存在的问题，对于提高企业资金使用的效益和效率，增强企业的竞争能力，促进企业的发展，起着十分重要的作用。本文围绕资金管理的影响因素，分析湖南银华棉麻产业股份有限公司资金管理存在的问题并提出解决对策。
