农村企业员工激励问题研究(14000字)
摘 要:当今时代是知识经济时代,人才成为了企业最宝贵的资源。如何通过有效的激励手段将员工紧密团结在一起,以激发出他们的工作热情和内在潜力,使他们把自己的智慧、能力和需求与企业的发展目标结合起来,成为各农村企业赢得市场竞争的关键。本文首先介绍了国内外有关农村企业员工激励的问题,其次指出了我国农村企业在员工激励问题上存在的问题,接着探讨了这些问题产生的原因,最后以激励理论为指导,同时结合我国农村实际,提出一套有效的员工激励途径。

Staff incentive questions research of rural enterprises
Abstract: Nowadays our times filled with knowledge and economy, talent became the most precious resources in enterprise. The key of every rural enterprise to win in the market competition is how to get the workers together close by effective methods to stir up their work enthusiasm and inward potentiality, so that they can combine their wisdom, capability and requirement with the development target of their enterprise. This paper, firstly, introduces some questions that stimulate workers of the related rural enterprises domestic and overseas, secondly, points out some problems that existed in the questions of workers stimulating in our country’s rural enterprises, and then discusses the reasons of these problems, finally, put forwards a set of effective ways that stimulate workers with the theory of stimulating as the direction and integration with the fact of the village of our country.
