摘  要：随着经济的发展，现代涉农企业发展的成功与否，其决定因素在管理者素质的高低。首先,本文就涉农企业管理者素质的现状进行了探讨，其次，针对涉农企业的定义，涉农企业管理者本身存在的问题与解决涉农企业管理者素质较低的对策进行了分析。

Abstract：Along with the development of economic the quality of business managers on Agricultural-related firms development success or not, the determining factor is the level of managers’quality.
