摘要
近年来,我国房地产业的发展取得了突飞猛进的成效,实现了跨越式发展, 一跃成为国民经济的一个强大支撑。房地产企业也如雨后春笋般出现,竞争日 益加剧。我国房地产企业想要做大做强,真正地实现可持续发展,成为百年老 店式的企业,除了独特的商业模式,还要有优秀的企业文化,只有双管齐下, 形成内外兼具、由表及里的房地产行业特色的企业文化,才能支撑企业的快速 发展。企业文化是一个组织由其价值观、信念、仪式、符号、处事方式等组成的其特有的文化形象。本文将以万达连锁经营企业作为主体,运用查阅资料的方法,对其文化建设的问题进行探讨。通过搜索文献,对比分析的方法,明确万达连锁经营企业在文化建设方面的建树,发现万达企业中还存在的凝聚力不强,文化空洞等问题,并提出建设性的建议。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the development of the real estate industry in China has achieved rapid development, and achieved a leap forward development, and became a strong support for the national economy. Real estate companies are also springing up, the competition day benefits. China's real estate enterprise wants to become bigger and stronger, truly realize sustainable development, become a hundred years old store type enterprise, in addition to a unique business model, but also a excellent corporate culture, only two pronged approach, forming both inside and outside, from the outside to the inside of the real estate industry characteristics of the enterprise culture, to support the company's rapid development. Corporate culture is a unique cultural image, which is composed of the values, beliefs, rituals, symbols, ways of doing things and so on. This article will take the Wanda chain management enterprise as the main body, the use of the method of access to the information, the problem of its cultural construction. Through the search of literature, comparative analysis of the method, a clear Wanda chain management companies in the cultural construction, and found that the cohesion is not strong, the cultural void and other issues, and put forward constructive suggestions.
